For the remainder of the year, the unit participates in the hotel’s rental pool, with Mantis handling all operational aspects—covering booking fees, Body Corporate and Homeowners Association levies, utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, DSTV), cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of furniture and appliances as needed.
