To a triumphed and innovative 2022!

As the business year is coming to an end, we are proud to reflect on a 2022 season filled with outstanding achievements! Meridian Realty is grateful for the rewarding and valuable relationships we were able to build this year. As we look back on the goals achieved, we cannot contain our excitement to take on 2023 with you!

This year was one for the books at Meridian and we are honoured to share the following 2022 flashbacks with you:

We established ourselves as innovative prop-tech influencers in 2022 with the implementation of cutting-edge systems. As early adopters among other estate agencies, we bring new methods to the table to provide our clients and our iAgents with an exclusive real estate experience. Our team of specialists continued to make the switch to cloud-based solutions seamless and informative. Premier digital marketing tools, property portals, websites, and database automation are all part of the realisation of our digital vision. Meridian's strategic implementation of technology ensures all our listings get outstanding exposure and our iAgents are empowered. We strive to continue embracing technological advancements in the coming years.

This year included some 'Meridian Magic' moments! We celebrated 17 years of real estate success and won two prestigious awards at the 29^th annual International Property Awards. These awards aim to identify the highest level of achievements in real estate, development, architecture, interior design, and marketing in both residential and commercial sectors, focusing on services, sustainability, high-living standards, ergonomics, originality, and creativity. Meridian won the Best Real Estate Single Office South Africa award as well as the award for Real Estate Marketing South Africa. We are proud to showcase our cutting-edge approaches and we look forward to what Meridian's innovation will bring in 2023.

2022 was also a very successful year for Meridian iAgents! Our team continued to adapt to going virtual and prospered despite rising inflation rates and a difficult course correction after the pandemic. Our unique iAgent model continues to provide them with the tools they need to grow outside the confines of the conventional estate agency. We are incredibly proud to have these extraordinary iAgents on our team!

We prioritised giving back and making a positive difference in our community this year. We proudly partnered with The Imibala Trust, which is a registered South African NPO that works with children of school age whose lives are affected by impoverished circumstances. Meridian is honoured to donate a portion of our commission, after every registered transaction, to The Imibala Trust's flagship Sponsor-a-Child programme. We appreciate being a part of such a progressive effort to make a substantial and measurable difference in the future lives of children.
