Step 1 - Request an Evaluation
 

To begin the process, simply complete the contact form on our website requesting an iAgent to contact with you. Once they get in touch, a virtual tour of your property will be arranged, where you will take your agent on a virtual tour through your house.

Thanks to technology, this is a slot simpler than it may sound, and a lot less sci-fi as well, with platforms such as ZOOM, Skype and WhatsApp that are already in place to support these virtual tours.
 

Step 2 - Playing Tour Guide
 

The actual tour will assist your agent in giving you an accurate value estimation of your property. Aspects such as Internet connectivity and video quality may affect the accuracy of the estimation to a degree. The process may seem painstaking, but the benefit of getting a trustworthy estimate is worth it.

Where video calls are not possible, the estimation can still be given based on a thorough telephonic interview, backed up by all of the relevant data Meridian Realty agents have at their disposal. The accuracy of these estimations will depend on the accuracy of the provided information, though, and once lockdown regulations allow the agent will prefer to do a physical inspection of the property as well.
 

Step 3 - We've Written Down a Number
 

Within a day or two after the consultation you will receive a full property report that will contain not only a value estimation, but also a detailed report of your property, the suburb trends, including factors such as your property's location and current market trends, along with market insights and potential areas of improvement that should be considered going forward.

An virtual property estimation may not be a final valuation of your property, but it does offer homeowners a much better understanding of where their properties stand in the current market, giving you the information you need to put your plans into action.
