Celebrating dedication and commitment: Carmen Rossouw

Category General

This month we celebrate Carmen Rossouw's 8 years at Meridian Realty. Where did it all start? She joined the team back in 2013 as a one of our very first Virtual Private Assistants. With dedication and commitment she completed her NQF5 and is now a vital pillar with day to day operations as the Transaction Coordinator. There is no doubt that she has made her presence an invaluable one.

All of us at Meridian Realty congratulate Carmen on all her accomplishments thus far and wish her all the success to come.

Get to know Carmen a little better...

Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach your work?

What behaviour or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

Attention to detail, being organized, and being a problem solver has attributed to my successes.

What led you to this career?

I had a little experience in the property industry and wanted to learn more.

I am passionate about what I do, and this passion to help agents and do the best I can is what motivates me every day.

What is the most meaningful part of your job?

The most meaningful part of my job is helping to keep agents organized and to ensure the transfer process goes smoothly for buyers and sellers.

What are some of your best moments during the past 8 years?

There are far too many to only pick one!! Favourite moments I think would include office chats with Daniel (our Photographer). Friday afternoon winding down sessions, jumping in a pond at one of our Yearend functions, and meeting my best friend!

What's your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

Going for a walk, drinking a glass of wine or relaxing on the couch.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

Norway, Ireland or Italy.
